Fincon HR Portal is a private employee environment for authorised staff of Fincon SARL and FinSof B.V. It provides secure access to HR documents, leave and expense workflows, company policies, intranet communication and professional training.

Security and privacy

The application uses encrypted transport, role-based access and protected employee records. Access is limited to employees and authorised administrators. Security concerns can be reported to hbouyafa@finsof.nl.
